Custom Work and Handmade Variations
All products are handcrafted and made to order. Each piece will have natural variations in wood grain, color, and finish. These variations are considered part of the character of handmade items and are not defects.
Ordering and Payment
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
Lead Times

Refunds and Cancellations
Custom orders are non refundable once production has begun.
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If work has not started, we may allow cancellation at our discretion.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Resolution Farm is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with next steps.
